Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please note our shipping policy as follows:

• We currently ship to locations only within the state of Kerala, India.
• We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 5-7 working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 10 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some of our other stores or suppliers.
• We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

We are dedicated to providing you with the best quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, here is our policy:

• An exchange or replacement must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to exchange your product for another product of equal value or offer store credit for a future purchase.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact us at mangalyagold1999@gamil.com with your order details.
• The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
